ADA Pay will use your onboarding, rostering, and attendance data as well as foundU’s powerful award interpretation and pay rule engine to automatically calculate pay. The award interpretation rules are also pre-configured for the Health Professionals and Support Services Award under the expert guidance of Citation Legal.
The ADA Pay platform will capture all of your licenses, qualifications, and certificates when you digitally onboard your team. You can even automate VEVO and criminal checks. Employee personal and financial information is stored and you can set up notifications for document expiry. This makes it easy to ensure that important documents, like first aid and CPR certificates, are up to date before you roster a team member on.
Each employee’s correct position, rate, and award agreements will also be referenced during rostering and payroll, helping you stay compliant.
ADA Pay comes with a suite of built-in workforce management tools that improve your operations and help you organise your team more easily. It also includes a dedicated employee app, making it easy for your team to complete important tasks, like sharing their onboarding information, checking their roster, managing their leave, and reviewing their pay slips. It streamlines communication and helps everyone work better together.
If you need help generating an employment contract, you can use the HR Advisory Service and Citation HR. The document can then be uploaded, issued, and signed from within the platform.
It’s essential that you have the right staff with the right credentials available at the right time. Using scheduling software, you can see staff availability, positions, qualifications, and wage costs when you’re creating rosters. This helps you achieve compliance, coverage, and patient care outcomes. You can also create rosters for each clinic to ensure that you’re ready to meet patient needs.
You’ll be able to choose a time and attendance capture tool that suits your workforce, from employee clock-in and clock-out apps to simple timesheet submissions. The time and attendance data will flow into foundU’s native onboarding, rostering, and payroll tools, removing room for error when it’s time to generate pay slips and prepare for audits.
When you sign up to ADA Pay delivered in partnership with foundU and Citation Group, your employees will also gain access to an app that allows them to view their pay slips, update their personal information, clock in for shifts, and manage their leave. It’s available on both Android and iOS and is a powerful way for you to enhance the employee experience and streamline communication with your team via push notifications and in app announcements.
foundU currently has general ledger mapping for Xero and MYOB, this means that you can easily import your payroll data in a structured format to these accounting systems. An automated Xero integration is also coming soon.
The foundU team will provide complementary implementation support to help you go live. The team will guide you through the important steps, like migrating your data and running payroll tests. You’ll also have access to comprehensive support documentation throughout the process.
You’ll be supported so you can go live as quickly as possible. You can also take advantage of the Health Professionals and Support Services Award rules already being configured for you.
Yes, you can pay above the award or any agreed minimum rates. You’ll still have access to the pre-configured and maintained payroll settings for the Health Professionals and Support Services Award 2020 supported by Citation Legal. This means you can easily check that the employee is better off overall.
If you decide to set pay rates above the award, you will be notified of any future increases, such as annual award changes. However, you will need to manually adjust the pay rates that are set above the award. This will help you ensure that negotiated arrangements remain more favourable than the award minimums. Our team can support you with that setup and ongoing updates if needed. Please note that additional charges may apply for this assistance.
foundU provides training during implementation as well as on-demand webinars to help you get up and running. You will also have access to local phone support during business hours, a comprehensive help centre, and the option to purchase tailored training services.
Yes, you are assigned an Implementation Manager who will assist you in the set up and import of your employee records. We do not import historical payroll data as per the ATO, but we will work with you to seamlessly migrate employee information.
Yes, the platform is completely cloud-based so you can access it from anywhere with an internet connection.
Yes, you can add as many practices, entities, or locations as you need to the platform.
