Between:

Citation Group Pty Ltd (the “Company”) and

Referral Partner (the “Referral Partner”)

Whereas the ‘Company” is a provider of a range of business improvement services related or not related to certification of management systems.

Whereas the “Referral Partner” is a current, financial certified client of the “Company”, and is independent of the “Company”.

1. Where the “Referral Partner” provides referral contacts from other organisations to the “Company” and these organisations subsequently become clients of the “Company”, the “Referral Partner” shall be eligible for a ‘Referral Fee’.

2. This Referral Fee is subject to the following conditions:

· The referral is received via the ‘Referral Refer and Earn Link’ provided to the Referral Partner.

· The referral contact accepts and pays for a proposal for services from any of Citation Group Pty Ltd’s Group Companies

· The Company may choose not to provide a service to a potential referred client (in which case, no Referral Fee will be payable).

· There is only one Referral Fee payable per referred organisation.

· The referred organisation has never been a client of any Group Company of Citation Group Pty Ltd before.

· The referral contact organisation is not in any way owned or controlled by the “Referral Partner”.

· The value of the referral received must equal to, or higher than $5,000 AUD ex GST.

3. This Referral Fee is related to the services of:

· Citation Certification Pty Ltd

· Citation HR Pty Ltd

· Citation HR Pty Ltd t/as Citation Safety

(each a ‘Group Company’)

4. Where the above conditions are met then the Referral Fee will be up to $400 AUD.*

Where the referred client is an NDIS client of Citation Certification Pty Ltd, and the value of referral is less than $5,000 ex GST, the Referral Fee will be $100 AUD.

5. The Referral Fee is payable to the “Referral Partner” within 30 days of the “Company” being paid by the referred client. Payment will be provided as a rebate against further service for the Referral Partner.

6. This agreement may be terminated by either party with 14 days’ notice in writing.

7. This agreement is subject to the jurisdiction of the state of NSW, Australia.

As a Referral Partner, you are subject to Citation Group Pty Ltd’s Terms of Use and Citation Group Pty Ltd’s Privacy Policy (both available on our website), as well as the following additional Terms & Conditions for Citation Group Pty Ltd’s Refer and Earn Program:

No Spam. Referral Partners are required to comply with current “SPAM” control protocols and laws. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner, and bulk email distribution is strongly discouraged. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or “spam” under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from Citation Group Pty Ltd Refer and Earn Program.

Right to Close Accounts. Citation Group Pty Ltd reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referral Partner and/or Referred Customer and to request proper payment if either of these parties attempts to use the Citation Group Pty Ltd Refer and Earn Program in a breach of any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.

Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms. Citation Group Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel this program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion without penalty.

The payment of the Referral Fee remains ultimately at the discretion of Citation Group Pty Ltd.

Citation Group Holiday Promotion Terms and Conditions

Promotion: During the period 1 April – 30 September 2024, Citation Group Pty Ltd, referrers will be eligible to participate in a special Holiday Promotion.

Promotional Period: The Holiday Promotion is open for participation commencing on the 1st of April 2024 and concluding on the 30th of September 2024. The declaration of the winner will take place on the 7th of October 2024.

Eligibility for Entry: Subject to to the Conditions of the Draw, participants are eligible to accrue:

• One (1) entry ticket for each verified referral wherein the referred party is legitimate and is extended a proposal for services by any entity within the Citation Group Pty Ltd’s group of companies.
• Three (3) entry tickets for each successful referral that results in the referred contact’s acceptance and financial commitment to a service proposal from any of the entities within the Citation Group Pty Ltd’s group of companies.
• There is no ceiling on the accumulation of entry tickets by a single participant/referrer.

Prize Details: The selected winner will be awarded a Flight Centre voucher with a value of AUD $3,000. The aggregate value of the prize shall not surpass AUD $3,000.

Selection Process: The winner shall be determined through a randomised selection process from among all valid entries received.

Conditions of the Draw: The prize is strictly non-transferable. No alternatives, cash or otherwise, will be offered or permitted, except at the sole discretion of Citation Group Pty Ltd. Citation Group Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel this program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion without penalty.
