As part of your Australian Dental Association (ADA) membership, you have unlimited access to the ADA’s comprehensive HR Advisory Service — designed to support practice owners in managing employment obligations and maintaining a compliant, high-performing workplace.
Through the ADA’s partnership with Citation HR, you can access:
- Specialist HR and employment relations advice: speak directly with experienced consultants who specialise in human resources, industrial relations, and workplace compliance within the dental sector.
- Practical support for managing your practice: receive detailed, practical advice specific to running a dental practice, covering areas such as award compliance, managing employee performance, disciplinary processes, workplace grievances, leave entitlements, and termination procedures.
- Employment documentation reviews: access reviews of employment contracts, workplace policies, and documentation to ensure they meet legal obligations and best practice standards.
- Support when you need it: contact the service between 8:00am – 9:00pm (AEST) Monday to Friday (excluding national public holidays), for timely advice to help you make informed decisions.
- Access to HR and workplace safety resources: utilise a library of HR and WHS templates, policies, and checklists via the ADA HR Hub to strengthen your workplace management systems and meet compliance requirements with confidence.
- Peer support: for broader practice management questions, connect with the dental community through Peer, the ADA’s online platform for practice owners and dentists to share experiences and seek advice.
