- Do you have 6 to 12 months sales experience ideally in the cloud-based software space, recruitment, retail, or hospitality?
- Do you genuinely enjoy engaging in conversations and not afraid to pick up the phone?
- Would you describe yourself as a highly self-motivated, goal orientated, fearless, ambitious, team player?
- Are you a quick learner with an open mind to solve problems?
- Genuine interest in selling a variety of HR related services and solutions would be desirable.
- Experience managing a CRM, preferably Salesforce will be helpful.
The Opportunity
This is an entry level role that would see you step into the world of corporate sales where you will join our high performing Inside Sales team and receive globally recognised methodology sales training and development.
Reporting to our Inside Sales Manager and sitting as part of the broader team, this “Business Development Coordinator” role will see you interact daily with all our BDMs and Digital Marketing team. Primarily you will focus on and be responsible for a high volume of outbound calling activity to generate potential interest from warm and cold leads. This will suit a self-driven person who is able to cut through the grind of activity without distractions and pursue the results and rewards.
