Senior Associate and Solicitor
Stevie Crouch is a qualified Solicitor and Senior Associate at Citation Legal. Based in our Sydney office, Stevie has extensive experience supporting and providing businesses with workplace relations advice. Having worked as in-house counsel and in an external legal advisory role, Stevie understands the unique challenges faced by small, medium and large Australian employers.
Stevie’s areas of expertise are:
- Preparing and drafting enterprise agreements.
- Advising and representing clients in claims, such as unfair dismissal and general protections claims.
- Drafting and reviewing employment contracts.
- Managing high-risk terminations and redundancies.
- Bullying, harassment and discrimination.
- Workplace policies and procedures.
- Breaches of restraints of trade, confidentiality, and company property
Stevie’s time within an international organisation and as a secondee to the Rugby Union Players Association, has also given her invaluable experience across many other areas of law including intellectual property, commercial, property, charity compliance, modern slavery, and privacy law.
Her practical experience extends to representing clients in employment disputes before the Fair Work Commission in matters involving enterprise agreement approvals, unfair dismissals, general protections claims, and other disputes. Stevie has also worked on claims in the Federal Court of Australia and Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, including in formal alternative dispute resolution processes achieving optimal outcomes for her clients.
Stevie has particular experience in acting for ASX listed, small, medium, large and multinational businesses) and individuals in a range of industries including the charity and not-for-profit sector, health and human services, food and beverage production, retail, real estate, manufacturing and children’s services.
