Wes is an experienced Lawyer with extensive consultancy experience in the field of workplace relations and employment law. Wes has over 20 years’ experience and has assumed senior workplace relations roles in both Australia and London.

At Citation Legal and Citation HR, Wes is the National Workplace Relations Manager and effectively oversees the delivery of all workplace relations and HR services to multiple industry associations and large corporates including the Australian Dental Association and its members.

Through this role Wes and his team respond to over 100,000 advisory transactions per year and has a deep understanding of the issues impacting the dental profession and many other key Australian industries and professions.
Wes prides himself on demonstrating strong commercial awareness, used to great effect in delivering commercial solutions, strategies and advice tailored towards the specific requirements of clients.
