NDIS Audit Services

Citation Certification has made the decision to withdraw from providing NDIS verification and certification audit services, with all NDIS audit activity concluding on 30 June 2026. This decision follows an internal review of our NDIS service offering and has been made to ensure our services remain sustainable, consistent with regulatory expectations, and aligned with our broader certification portfolio.

As a result, Citation Certification is no longer taking on new NDIS audit clients. We understand this change may require planning for some providers. Our focus is on supporting existing clients and auditors through a clear, structured transition and ensuring continuity of compliance wherever possible.

Key information for clients and auditors

Existing clients and auditors have been notified of Citation Certification’s intention to exit the NDIS scope. If you believe you may have missed this communication, please contact your Citation Certification Operations Coordinator.
All assessments already scheduled up to 31 May 2026 will be delivered as planned, in accordance with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements and JASANZ accreditation rules.
Clients without a scheduled assessment prior to 31 May 2026 have been advised to appoint another NDIS approved quality auditor to support their ongoing NDIS registration. Citation Certification will not commence any NDIS audits after this date.
