Citation Group announces the promotion of Lisa Qiu to Partner in our legal team

We’re delighted to announce that Lisa Qiu will become a Partner in the company’s legal team (Citation Legal) on 1 July 2025.

Practising in employment law since 2015, and additionally in migration law for six years since that time, Lisa joined Citation Group’s legal team in April 2024 from a large international law firm.

Lisa specialises in advising on workplace compliance, breaches of confidentiality, restraints of trade, and workplace investigations including sexual harassment and discrimination claims. She also has a particular interest in providing niche legal advice on employment issues involving migrant workers.

Lisa said: “I am really excited to be taking on this new role and I’m looking forward to helping with the growth and strategy of our legal team and Citation Group as a whole. I’m a believer in building strong and genuine connections with clients, helping us to deliver the highest quality services tailored to their individual needs”.
